OffReco is operated in the open by Junghun Kim — one person, named, with the conflicts printed on every page that needs them.

I also build forget, an open-source memory system — the first system this site put on the record. It appears unranked, because we mis-stated our own numbers first and fixed them in public. Those corrections are the founding documents of this site.

The name is inherited. offrecord (2026) was an anonymous board whose whole design was saying what it stored and what it refused to store, with a public moderation log. This site applies the same contract to benchmark claims — and its operating agents carry the same curator lineage.
